There is a solid scientific evidence base indicating the physiological reasons these habit hacks are beneficial. Our research suggested that most people can manage to sustain small adjustments to their existing habits. Sustaining habits is the key to healthy life.
Many people are now interested in gut health and it's getting a lot of media coverage. This e-course gives you a fast insight into the basic science to help you decide whether you should be spending money on gut tests or not.
The Holidity method is designed for adults. These principles are underpinned by well established science and can help you optimize your ancient evolutionary biology so it keeps you well. However, if you have any existing conditions you may need additional advice from medical professionals so we advise that you discuss with your personal doctor. The Holidity method is designed for educational purposes and behaviour change and should not be considered medical recommendations.
Our aim has always been to find the most affordable and effective way to help people stay well. During our research journey we tested many different approaches - including gut testing and biological age testing. While we think these have value as an educational tool we did not find that they resulted in behaviour change for most people. They also require considerable financial spend. For that reason we do not include them in the Holidity approach.
